The Hoopnotica Minis® program is designed for all fitness and hooping levels. No experience required.This program utilizes two small matching hoops and spins them over the hands while moving the arms into cardio drills as well as creating beautiful flow movements and patterns with sweat-inducing routines. These foundational movements are for a practice that will increase flexibility, coordination and muscle tone throughout your upper back, extending all the way down through your fingertips. Our Hoopnotica Minis Teacher Training will educate you on the methodology and skills required to instruct a NEW Hoopnotica Minis class. You will walk away with effective warm-ups, cool-downs, drills, fun moves and complete routines to achieve serious results, that you can immediately implement in your own classes. Once certified, you will be included in our Hoopnotica Forums and mailers that will provide you with tools, guidance and ongoing support needed to teach this new style of FUN and optimum fitness.
