Revolution In Motion is a scientifically based, clinically proven approach to true fitness which uses a specific sequence of precisely designed movements performed on unstable surfaces. Revolution in Motion is a series of innovative conditioning exercises that build strength, speed, power, endurance, and flexibility while at the same time reduce the risk of injury. The workout, done in a specific order, engages muscle group and fascial plane in preparation for the next exercise. The workout uses gymnastic balls, slant boards, disks and hand weights. If you provide professional services for fitness, health and athletic proficiency, you can now deliver more rapid and lasting gains to your clients. You'll develop proficiency in the first set of RIM exercises. This set of 20 is presented over 12 hours (typically three four hour sessions) that provide ample opportunity to understand proper technique and begin developing the basis from which to transfer RIM's benefits to your clients.
