Layering your Reformer is a three and a half hour Pilates Reformer workshop for instructors to explore the possibilities of using props on the Universal Reformer, thus adding a, "layer." This workshop incorporates variations on “classical” Pilates exercises using props ie: Pilates rings, small balls, exercise bands, foam rollers, rotation discs etc., to develop the teacher’s repertoire of exercises. Exercise variations include modifications to assist the client, add advanced coordination challenges as well as to deepen the client’s understanding of Pilates. This is a "hands on" workshop which will add variety, modification, challenge and fun for your clients and your Reformer regimen.
