The objective of the Movement Based Flexibility (MBF) program is to provide a new and more informed appreciation of flexibility as a vital component of effective, functional and purposeful movement. To do this, MBF provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills to administer a comprehensive and periodized system of flexibility training. In this way, trainers will hugely increase their appreciation of the flexibility component, their bank of functionally oriented movement-based exercises and their ability to attract and maintain clients.
