This workshop teaches how to perform fitness assessment tests that can be used to determine if an individual is physically ready to begin a fitness program. Fitness assessment tests include resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, waist-to-hip ratio/BMI, girth measurements, postural analysis, cardiorespiratory field tests, muscular endurance tests, and flexibility tests.
