RESISTANCE TRAINING FOR THE SPINNING PROGRAM

As a Spinning instructor, you always need additional education off the bike to improve your classes on the bike. A major component of Spinning® is the ability to build a solid foundation of muscular fitness—this course focuses on identifying the variables that contribute to safe and effective program design for resistance training, as well has how they can enhance your Spinning class. Learn the aspects of a fulfilling program, the way to actively goal-set and motivate as well as resistance training off the bike with light equipment and machine weights.
