PROGRAM DESIGN FOR STRENGTH TRAINING

The basic information & guidelines for muscular strength training provide the foundation of safe and effective program designs. Using the guidelines to develop an optimal workout routine allows the trainer to adjust the variables as a client progresses & becomes stronger. A trainer can also use these variables to create options for a client who is injured, sore, or overtrained. Progressing and changing the design of a program keeps the client moving forward effectively, as well as keeping them as a client
