Using a stability ball you will gain scientific and practical information necessary to develop safe and effective strength training routines. You will learn: 50 different strength exercises for the trunk, upper and lower body Stabilization exercises for core strength and improved posture Modifications to make each exercise easier or harder Instructional techniques for group exercise and personal training
