FLEXIBILITY FOR PERFORMANCE

The most overlooked aspect of all fitness and performance conditioning is flexibility training. In this course, Todd Durkin shares his flexibility routine of over 30 stretches for the entire body that he teaches to all his clients. This routine is a combination of active isolated stretching, myofascial release, and neuromuscular reeducation techniques.
