PNF STRETCHING-PRINCIPLES & METHODS OF PROPRIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILIT

PNF Stretching Online CE Course helps you apply four proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching protocols to your clients’ fitness program. You will learn to use the body’s proprioception system to improve range of motion for fitness and rehabilitation. You will also identify the role of joint and muscle structures as they relate to stretching. The course concludes with a continuing education exam for credit through participating organizations.
