Course Description
During ACE's two-day, 15-hour live fitness workshop, you'll learn the critical areas of
Fitness Assessment, Program Design, Upper- and Lower-body Strength Training and
Flexibility Training.
Learn how to effectively administer a health history screening and
appropriately conduct exercise assessment tests, collecting valuable
information that can identify areas of possible health and injury risks and aid
in the development of an exercise program and more.
The course runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
