What is the ACE Club Partnership program?
The ACE Club Partnership program was developed to support club owners and managers who would like to advance the expertise of their health and fitness staff and improve the revenue production and member services at their facilities. The program provides the following to employees of ACE Club Partnership facilities: facility and staff assessment tools, staff development and career planning, and discounted materials and exam fees on ACE's NCCA-accredited fitness certifications for Personal Trainer, Advanced Health + Fitness Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor and Lifestyle + Weight Management Consultant. Why ACE?
The American Council on Exercise is the largest non-profit fitness certification organization and education provider in the world. ACE continually sets standards and protects the public against unqualified fitness professionals and unsafe or ineffective fitness products, programs and trends.

ACE stands ready to support clubs that comply with the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) and Medical Fitness Association (MFA) recommendations to hire fitness professionals who hold a current certification that has been accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). Currently ACE is the only organization that offers NCCA-accredited certifications for all of its programs.

Having ACE-certified Professionals on your staff helps enhance the exercise experience for club goers, which results in improved member retention and increased revenue production in your health and fitness department. In addition, by ensuring that your staff members hold current NCCA-accredited certifications, your facility may benefit from reduced insurance costs - in most cases 10%.
