Help - I need somebody!

We’ve all been there. Maybe it was when you were halfway through a chapter and you realized that nothing you’d just read made any sense. Or maybe it was when you spent the second weekend in a row staring at the anatomy diagrams wondering how anybody ever made it past Chapter 1.

Don’t worry! Help is just around the corner!

When you get stuck in your materials – or frustrated with a concept you just can’t grasp – there are several places you can turn to for help.

The Exam Prep Blog: Of course I’d highlight this one first. And since you’re reading this post I’ll assume you’ve found your way here. If there is a question you have there is probably a post that addresses it. Just scan through the entries, or check the category list or tag list on the right hand side for ideas.

ACE Community: When I refer to the ACE Community, I’m referring to ACE Certified Professionals as well as other ACE candidates. You can find discussion about the exam and ideas about exam preparation in the following places

            Discussion Board: Check the ACE Exam Candidates thread for discussions on exam topics and general preparation. You may also be able to find a study buddy here.

            Facebook: Yep, ACE has a Facebook page and you can find talk about professional topics as well as frequent discussion on exam preparation. This may be another place to find a study buddy, or just to brainstorm options for studying. There are comments from ACE Professionals who have recently sat for the exam as well as other ACE candidates who are in various stages of preparation.
