I am all about fitness! I enjoy writing specific workouts that include all major muscle groups, performing the workouts and then fine tuning them to perfection. I normally do Interval Workouts. I still love Step & Strength. I prefer to use body bars, free weights, medicine balls, stability balls and kettlebells. I also enjoy HITT and Pilates type classes. In addition, I would call myself an Extreme Walker, and I love to hike. I like Group Fitness but will assist individuals who call on me.
