About
Janet Parks has been a group exercise professional instructor (ACE certified) for over 25 years. Her passion for dance and fitness and her training in Europe led to the creation of BarreVite(R)-- a dynamic, cardio workout at the barre and hosts barre workshops throughout the country. She is an ACE and AFAA Continuing Education Provider as well as a registered nurse and has been a health care provider for over 20 years. She is passionate about dance and loves teaching fitness through dance and making sure you are having fun!
