I have been a fitness guide for 20 plus years. I am now working as a substitute instructor for yoga, pilates, aqua classes, aqua yoga, aqua pilates, Ai Chi in New Hampshire and Florida. I teach in a progression of moves that will fit in with various learning styles and abilities. I have worked in small fitness facilities to larger hospital associated facilities.
