I have 25 years experience training clients who have health issues and recovering from injuries and major surgeries. I understand that starting an exercise program can be intimidating. Your workouts will be focused and challenging but SAFE. I'm comfortable working in small spaces in Manhattan apartments. Resistance bands and weighted vests will bolster your strength and posture. Balance drills (hurdles, numbered cones+ pods) will enhance your coordination, reflexes and mental sharpness. Passive stretching will increase your range of motion. Massage rollers will facilitate better circulation. I provide the equipment. I can also monitor your blood pressure with manual readings. Resistance training is an excellent way to boost your immune system and reduce inflammation. My exercise programs are creative and evolving to keep you interested and motivated. TIME is the biggest obstacle to getting fit. Short (15/30 min) consistent workouts will get you there. I'm CPR/AED Certified. I'm vaccinated. I have HISCOX Liability Insurance.
