I practiced different sports as : swimming, windsurfing, waterski, tennis. Back in 1993 I was in Charleston, S.C., and I started to go to the WORD GYM facility. I began with step and it was "love at first sight". Then 1995 I got certified by the PURELY PHYSICAL gym in San Antonio, TX and I have the best aerobic classes ever. In 1996 I got certified by the ACE as a Group Fitness Instructor. I also have many other certifications in: AQUA FITNESS, AEROBICS,CHOREOGRAPHY STEP, INDOOR CYCLING, ELASTIC TUBING, YOGA SCULPT, PERSONAL TRAINING. My philosophy to stay healthy is to eat veggie food and execise exercise exercise!!!
