I have been a certified personal trainer since 1993. a "Senior Fitness Specialist" certification in 2013 and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification in 2014. I have acquired a Brain Health Certification through the Function Aging Institute in 2020. From 1990-2011, I worked with clients in a physical therapy department and trained several clients after their therapy was completed. As of Jan. 2012 I started my own business called "CJR Services" providing personal training and ergonomic services. Currently I train clients in general fitness and conditioning.
