I have been an advocate of Health and Fitness my entire life! I started out in dance but also witnessed the lack of health my mother endured because she carried too much weight for her 5'2" frame. I vowed to not let myself follow that path! Am I perfect? No, of course not! But I continue to workout (primarily cardio, strength, and yoga), eat within a balanced food plan, and have a garden as solace. I work on a campus of 47K students which keeps me connected to a fast pace of life and try to inspire others to healthfully take care of themselves.
