About
I began working in the fitness field in 1989 and fell in love with it! I started off teaching fitness classes from hi/lo aerobics to senior classes and after seeing my body change with weight training classes I was totally hooked on helping people make a difference in the way that they feel and how they view their bodies. I became certified through ACE in 1991 and have continued to expand my knowledge and skills over the years. I lead an active lifestyle, love the outdoors and have been involved with horses my whole life from teaching therapeutic horseback riding for special needs populations to teaching equestrian pilates classes. I believe our need to move is nearly as important as our need to breathe. Being active can allow people to find so much more joy in living and I find it rewarding to be a part of that process.
