Hello! I am a certified group fitness instructor with 20 years of experience and I am still excited about teaching classes and meeting diverse individuals. I have been especially interested in assisting all ages of clients to recognize that they need to exercisse for their health and that they will feel much better. I think that we need to get our yourth and our teenagers fit in this vast age of computer technology where there is not enough aerobic exercise in their body. My philosophy is just like Nike - Just Do It! There are many excuses and there is never a perfect time. Just move, move, move your body and have fun! It doesn't matter if you are not in perfect step with everyone else, just increase your heart rate, metabolism, and get in better shape. I am a Registered Nurse and I see a lot of patients and the results of inactivity. This is an essential element of our lives.
