I have 30 years experience training people of all ages and abilities. I love working with the overweight, over 50, out of shape, time crunched client. After 25 years of training in a rehab facility I also train post rehab knee, hip and back patients. Seniors are also a favorite. I use exercise to improve their quality of life. Motion is lotion. Exercise is medicine.
