Started as a Fitness Instructor in 1991 and have enjoyed teaching classes ever since. In 1996 I became a Personal Trainer to increase my knowledge and skill. Over the years have mostly trained older adults and as a result have focused my continued education toward that population. I have also focused my group instruction with older adults and have enjoyed teaching classes at our beautiful senior facility for about 13 years. I try to offer my clients a safe exercise program that is fun and challenging.
