Cindy Killip is a health and fitness expert, author, speaker, health coach, and personal trainer who has been teaching people about the power of positive movement for over 25 years. Her focus in recent years has been on health and wellness coaching and developing exercise and lifestyle programs to help manage chronic illnesses, pain management, rehabilitation, and weight loss. Known as “The Balance Coach,” she provides traditional exercise programs, balance and gait training, pain management, functional strength training, osteoporosis risk reduction, rehabilitative exercise, aquatic fitness, and stress management. Her instruction combines principles and exercises from a multitude of movement disciplines including weight training, cardiorespiratory fitness, flexibility, somatics, pilates, yoga, martial arts, sports, and dance. She has helped people of all ages and abilities including those with physical challenges such as bone or soft tissue injury, fibromyalgia, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, joint replacements, neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, parkinsons, depression/anxiety, sight and hearing difficulties, asthma, migraines, and back/neck pain.
