I began in the fitness industry in 1983 in Los Angeles as a group fitness instructor . I became certified by AFAA and IDEA (now ACE) in 1984. I went on to become a group fitness teacher trainer, program coordinator, club manager and personal trainer over the following 10 years. I now reside in Winston-Salem, NC where I have a personal training business. I specialize in working with the older adult and post rehab clients.
