Jan Daniel, owner of Foxy Fitness for 24 years, is available for personal in-home fitness training for women. With her many years of experience she is able to design a fitness program to help you attain your fitness goals as well as motivate you to stay with your program on a long term basis. Jan has her Masters Degree from Southern Methodist University as well as many hours of additional training in both fitness and massage therapy. She enjoys working with beginners and older adults.
