I have been active in sports my entire life and started teachig swimming lessons in 1979 and group exercise in 1986. I've been ACE certified since 1989 and have also receive many other certifications in kick boxing, Pilates, YMCA Group Fitness, BOSU, Group Cycling, and Personal Training. I am also a long time member of IDEA. I enjoy teaching all types of classes as well as competing in masters swimming and triathlons. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as bike riding, water sports, horseback riding, hiking, x-c skiing and more. I try to enjoy life to the fullest and my personal mission is to help enhance the lives of other people as best I can. I thank God for giving me the gift of health and wellness.
