I currently hold an American Council on Exercise personal trainer certification. I believe that I would be a great asset to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness, athletic ability and overall wellness in general due to my athletic background, approachable demeanor, ability to lead and enthusiasm for fitness. Weightlifting, competitive sports and fitness in general have always been a major part of my life. Over the years I have spent countless time in the gym trading training tips or helping an inexperienced lifter with their form or program design and most of all building relationships with others who share the same passion for fitness. After nearly five years in the high-rise construction business I decided to make my passion my occupation and become a personal trainer. The gym atmosphere is something I have always enjoyed being part of my lifestyle and career.
