About
Ifoma is a native Houstonian and grew up in Alief, Texas. She attended McNesse State University and the University of Houston on an athletic scholarship where she competed as a heptathlete and high jumper. She competed in the 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012 US Olympic Track and Field Trials. Ifoma believes exercise is essential to life and should be prioritized; by doing so balance in life is attained. Ifoma’s drive to help clients find a balance in their lives (body, mind and soul) paired with her passion for fitness allows her to impact lives and cultivate change by helping clients achieve realistic goals. Ifoma’s approach to personal training is passion-fueled, highly energetic and contagious. By learning clients she will design an exciting and challenging fitness routine to fit personal goals. As a personal trainer it is her goal to pass enthusiasm for exercise onto clients and those around her.
