My name is Rachel and I recently graduated from Hamilton College. I became group fitness certified 2 years ago because I love to teach group fitness classes, especially those that are dance-based. I recently obtained my personal training certification so that I could further my career in fitness by helping people on an individual basis. I am currently working as a dance instructor at a highly-rated gym in my area.I will be moving to Boston in September to start a job as a personal trainer at BSC. Fitness is my passion and I can't wait to share it with others!
