About
I am your 2012 MWR Military Fitness Champion! I work with military wives, grandparents, young adults, brides-to-be and youth at their homes, jobs, and local parks. All of my clients love me and I love all of my clients. I am also a sports skilled coach who helped many athletes recieve athletic scholarships in basketball, soccer, football, tennis and track. I know what it takes to get to the next level because I played collegiate basketball and ran cross country at North Greenville University (NGU). In addition, I played with the United States Women's Score Basketball Overseas Team. Call if you are ready for a new change, mentally and physically.
