For seven years I was a full time trainer and taught a wide variety of classes for older adults in senior communities and hospital wellness centers using a holistic approach designed to increase longevity, reduce falls and boost quality of life. While I no longer train, I am a regional manager for HUR Fitness Solutions a company the provides fitness equipment designed especially for older adults and physical therapy practices.
