I have over 15 years experience in both physical and mental health. I have worked full time in the Social Services industry and can understand the power of the mind. I have also been a Group Fitness instructor for 15 years as well. I am now incorporating the 2 fields into 1, and have a system that is real and life long. I use holistic approaches and prefer natural approaches. I have trained for Gold's Gym, so I have the competitive and more athletic experience as well.
