My name is Jeremy Allen. I have been working with members at Planet Fitness for two years now. Planet Fitness offers free, unlimited fitness training from their trainers. At my facility, I am the only trainer so anyone who has needed help in the past two years, I have taken care of them. The equipment at PF is limited but the training is still beneficial. I've trained on resistance machines, smith machines, universal cable systems, dumbbell and barbell free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, and foam rollers. I've also been developing in depth cardio programs for those with more specific goals. I am available to train outside of the facility, maybe accompany you at your fitness facility or home if you have the equipment. I look forward to helping any and all of you.
