I have played sports my entire life and when I went to college the path of becoming a personal trainer just felt natural to me. I started training while in college and have been doing it ever since. I have trained clients of all different shapes and sizes. The main goal is always to get to your goal, but I will do it in a healthy way. First thing is to evaluate you individually because everyone is different. Then we fix any muscular imbalances and other problems. Then we can push to your goals. I will do everything in my power to get you to where you want to be but you as a client will also have to do your part. Hard work does pay off if it is the right work.
