I really want to help people. When I was forced to quit Irish dance due to an injury, my life was turned upside down. Not until I discovered Zumba® did I really turn my life back around.
I am licensed to teach Zumba®, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, Zumba Gold® and Zumba Gold Toning®. I also obtained my personal training certification because Zumba® isn't for everyone. Sometimes it takes the directed and individualized approach of a personal trainer to really make the difference.
