About
I am just recently certified, but have been involved in health and wellness the majority of my life. I played sports in middle school and high school where I developed a passion for long distance running. I ran cross country in college and began coaching beginner training groups through my job at Fleet Feet Sports. I have always had an odd curiosity for the growing epidemic of obesity in our country. I was so fascinated by eating disorders concentrated around over eating that I decided to study psychology in college. I hope to utilize both my B.A. in Psychology and my skills as a personal trainer to inspire individuals struggling with their weight to make healthy lifestyle changes. I also plan to finish the ACE Lifestyle and Weight Management Certification by the end of this year.
