I have been an ACE certified Personal Trainer since July of 2012. My passion for fitness and health began years ago when I started TaeKwonDo in 2006. I've taught TKD and CardioKickboxing classes as well coached at Local/State Martial Arts tournaments. My future goals include Cardiac Rehabilitation and injury prevention. My goal as YOUR personal trainer is to make your fitness experience less of a chore and more enjoyable!
