About
As a former division 1 track and field athlete I have a lot of experience with the training needed to succeed as a track athlete. Long jump and triple jump are my specialties. I also have a great interest in providing chronic pain sufferers such as individuals with Fibromyalgia with the tools and information necessary to stay physically active. As a public health practitioner, I also have an extensive background in developing programs for communities and individuals and addressing the environmental and social factors that influence an individual's ability to engage in a healthy lifestyle. My work is centered around making the healthy choice the easy choice.
