I started my personal training business in 2003. I worked with Gold’s Gym for a year and a half before going completely on my own. Now I am on call for the resorts, and I personal train clients in their own homes. I provide the equipment and they provide the space. I consider myself to be a functional trainer. I teach and train the client to achieve their goals of strength, flexibility, posture, weight loss, nutritional habits, and cardio.
While working at Gold’s Gym as a personal trainer, I also learned how to repair and service the fitness equipment. Now as part of my business, between my personal training clients, I repair and service fitness equipment in the community.
