I am an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and an ACE and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I have been teaching Group Fitness 13 years and Personal Trainging for 2 years. I have taught many different types of classes and participants. I would like to use my knowledge and experience to educate clients on the importance of health and fitness. As I do this, I hope to learn from them as well and grow as an instructor.
