With 20 years in the Fitness Industry, Makeba Edwards has had the opportunity of working with clients from all walks of life.She trains her clients according to their Fitness level and needs. She has worked in many cities and major health clubs around the country as a Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor and was National Trainer and Presenter for a major Group Fitness Systems Organization. She also currently an Education and Certification Consultant at ACE. Makeba has made it her life's goal to positively impact her clients lives, not just through physical results, but improvement in their overall quality of life. One of Makeba's Philosophies with regard to accomplishing ones fitness goal is : "There are no quick fixes!! Getting to your desired fitness goal requires hard work, commitment, and consistency.
