I was a professionally dancer as a youth and followed my passion of health and fitness since being a Sports Medicine major at San Diego State University. I have taught fitness as a group instructor and a personal trainer more than 20 years and have learned to tailor each client's program to their individual level physically and emotionally and lifestyle wise. I believe fitness needs to be fun and enjoyable, even for an exercise hater :)
