I am a recently certified Personal Trainer and am thrilled to start down this path. I'd previously worked at The Hartford which opened my eyes to the world of health like I'd never seen before. It is now my goal to educate and assist people in living a more active and healthy lifestyle. A little bit about myself. I love to mountain bike(as you can see by the photo), play golf, hike, play poker, do yoga, but most of all, I like to challenge myself. This is a key reason as to why I've chosen this path as a Personal Trainer. I feel that this will be an excellent challenge for me in not only becoming fit and healthier myself, but to help others achieve the same along the way.
