I am an ACE Certified Health Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I live and work in the heart od silicon valley, CA and most of my clients work in the tech industry. their jobs require long days sitting at a computer. The result of this? sedentary lifestyle. The result is a deconditioned and overweight population. My speciality is weight management improving physical fitness. I have also experience working with special populations, with an emphasis on physical handicaps and mental handicaps. I also have experience working with seniors.
