I have been actively involved in health and fitness for the past 10 years. I hold various certifications in Orthopedic Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Weight Management Nutrition, Cancer Exercise Specialist and Zumba Instructor. I teach various Body Blend classes weekly and enjoy small group training and working one on one with clients.
