About
I started to LIVE an Active/Healthy lifestyle at age 7 when Santa Clause brought me my 1st weight set. Through my youth; I participated in sports ultimately specializing in Football and Track at the NCAA level. While working 10 years as an executive for mid-size to Fortune 500 companies; I continued to maintain a healthy lifestyle through fitness and in 1991 made a Career Commitment by purchasing my 1st GYM. During that time; I've become a Licensed Massage Therapist and have become active in Health Care Reform (becoming a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent and helping people to understand and get signed-up under the Affordable Care Act. In 2013; I sold my last GYM and have changed my career path a bit, obtaining my ACE Health Coach Certification and now helping people to Choose their own Lifestyles and Paths and avoid common pit-falls caused by stress and general Over-Busy Lives. I utilize my entire spectrum of skills to help people to choose the Lifestyle that THEY want to live and then to help them to create the structure to achieve it. Whether your goals are General Health and Wellness, Significant Weight Loss, Sports Performance (at any level), Disease Management or simply being the healthiest that you can be and although PRICE is always a consideration, I can make/find pricing structures that can fit any budget.
