I'm Kayla, and I love exercise. I believe it can improve the quality of life. Last year I lost 60 lb, and I have never felt better. It was not easy, and there's certainly no magic pill, but I feel fantastic. I want to help others reach their goals and let them know they are not alone in their struggle. I really enjoy exercise, and I want to help others find an activity that they really enjoy.
