I received my ACE Personal Training Certification in August of 2012. I've been working with athletic trainers since I was about 14. I played football, rugby, baseball and trained in MMA throughout my life and played football and baseball in college. I love training and I enjoy helping people attain the physique and healthy balance they desire. My own personal goal is to be the type of trainer that people look forward to working with and after achieving they're own goal, look back on working with me and remember it as a series of events that helped them change their lives for the better.
